Our commitment
MoveInQuote is committed to providing a website and quote builder that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or assistive technology. We target conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the practical baseline for our public marketing surfaces and the lead-intake quote builder. New features are reviewed against this standard before they ship.
What conformance means in practice
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
- Full keyboard navigation through the quote builder with visible focus outlines on every interactive element.
- Color-contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA on body copy and primary controls.
- Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scroll down to 320 px wide.
- Descriptive alt text on photographs in moving guides and service-page imagery.
- Form labels, error messages, and live-region announcements on the quote wizard.
Known limitations
We acknowledge the following gaps and are actively working on them:
- Some third-party embeds (interactive maps, video players) may not yet meet our internal targets. We audit them on a rolling basis and replace or wrap them as needed.
- Older photo-tour modals on archived guides may lack full keyboard parity; the modern quote wizard is the canonical accessible surface.
- PDF estimates emailed to customers are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we provide an accessible HTML alternative.
Request an accommodation
If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information in an alternate format, please email [email protected]. Include the page URL, a short description of the issue, and the device + assistive technology you were using (for example, “iPhone 14, Safari, VoiceOver”). We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work with you to deliver the underlying information through an accessible channel while a fix is implemented.
Feedback and formal complaints
We welcome direct feedback on the accessibility of MoveInQuote. Reports help us prioritize. Email [email protected] or write to:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory body in your jurisdiction (for U.S. customers, the U.S. Department of Justice administers Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act).
Assessment approach
We assess accessibility through a combination of automated tooling (axe-core in CI), manual keyboard and screen-reader walkthroughs of the quote wizard on each release, and direct customer reports. This statement is reviewed at least once per year and after any major redesign.
